Salvia Triolor Mix or Annual Clary should not be confused with Common Sage (Clary Sage) – Annual Clary is an annual while Clary Sage is a perennial.
Growing 70 cm (28 im) tall with a spread of 30 cm (12 in), It is an upright, bushy plant with light green leaves and produces colourful long-lasting bracts of deep pink, blue and white. Flowering is through Summer until the first frosts of Autumn bringing colour to the garden after the Spring colour has faded.
Useful as a bedding plant, for borders or as the cut of dried flower having an excellent vase life. It prefers a full sun position and only light watering.
